| Summer Agility Course Tuesday and Thursday 9-10am or 1-2pm Improve your overal fitness and agility! This course is designed to improve footwork, quickness, agility and power. Agility courses and exercises that fit the needs of every softball player in improving their game! Summer Hitting Camps Tuesday and Thursday 10-noon or 2-4pm Come work with some of the BEST hitters in the game this summer! Our collegiate instructors are all top performers for their collegiate programs and know how to get the job done at the plate! Improve your fundamentals, power, bat control and pitch selection this summer. Summer FUNdamentals in Pitching Mondays 1hr sessions 4pm-9pm This 6 session course is perferct for beginner to intermediate pitchers looking to learn and improve their fundamentals, velocity, accuracy and power! Our collegiate instructors are both very successful college pitchers who are very passionate about teaching! Summer "Catch the Heat" Catching Clinics Mondays 1hr session 4-9pm This is a 6 session course on catching for beginner to intermediate. Catchers must have their own gear. Take advantage of these clinics this summer learning proper technique and form of a catcher; while working on improving your throws and fielding skills behind the plate as well! | Alpharetta Youth Softball Assocation (AYSA) Partnership Small group lessons for ALL Level pitchers Many families are looking for a way to help develop their daughter as a pitcher that is affordable but with quality instruction. These small group lessons are designed for pitchers who are just learning how to throw or pitchers who are experienced, have had lessons, or are already throwing for their teams. AYSA is partnering with SFA instructor, David Schilling, to offer small group lessons at North Park. Each session will last 5 weeks. Sessions are 30min per week and are limited to 4 girls at a time. The cost is $50 session. Sessions are being offered on Wed 4pm-8pm and Sundays 1pm-5pm.
